Revenue’s Sniffer Dogs Detect Record €75 Million Of Contraband Last Year

Revenue’s sniffer dogs detected a record 75 million euro haul of contraband last year.

Records released under the Freedom of Information Act and published in the Examiner newspaper, show their seizures included 52 million euro worth of illegal drugs.

The ‘crack’ team includes 12 Labradors, 9 Springer Spaniels, a Cocker Spaniel, a Collie, and a Brittany Gundog.
