Ryanair announce return of pre-pandemic capacity at Cork Airport by Summer 2022

The budget airline this morning announced a €200 million investment in the airport and two new routes to Edinburgh and Birmingham, bringing to 20 the amount of routes they plan to offer from Cork.

Ryanair’s two bases at the airport will be fully reopened by March next year and two aircraft will be based from Cork.

60 full time and 300 indirect jobs will be secured by the move, according to Ryanair.
