A section of the Dublin to Cork road remains closed after an incident.
Emergency services remain on the scene between Junction 16 Rathcormac and Junction 15 Fermoy on the M8 Northbound.
In a statement to RedFM News, Gardaí said the road should be reopened in the next 30 minutes and diversions are in place.
