Serial Killer Arrives In France After Being Released From Nepalese Jail

A serial killer who admitted murdering several Western tourists around Asia in the 1970s – has arrived in France after being released from a Nepalese jail.
Charles Sobhraj – who was the subject of a TV series called The Serpent – spent two decades behind bars.
The French citizen’s thought to have murdered at least 20 people in countries such as India, Thailand and Hong Kong.
