State Lands In Cork To Be Handed Over To The LDA
State lands are to be transferred to the Land development Agency at the Cork docklands, Cork port, in Kilbarry and in Wilton as part of the Government’s new ‘Housing for All’ policy.
The plan announced yesterday promises to deliver 33 thousand homes, including 10 thousand social homes every year to 2030.
Data on vacant properties is being collected, with plans to introduce a vacant property tax by 2023.
The Government has come under fire over it’s new policy.
