The Health Minister has admitted the HSE’s portal to record positive antigen tests is open to misuse

From tomorrow, people who test positive on an antigen test will be able to upload their result to the HSE’s website.
They’re then considered a confirmed case and can request a Covid recovery certificate. Minister Stephen Donnelly says it’s hoped people will do the right thing:“Is it open to, you know, a bit a bit of play acting? It is but I have no doubt and certainly I was talking to the HSE team this morning on it and they’ve reported that that has been the case and that it has been used very responsibly by people.”
