Units from Cork City Fire Brigade attended a blaze at the former R and H Hall offices in the Docklands this morning.
5 units responded to the well developed fire at 2.17 am and brought it under control.
Crews remain at the scene and are dampening it down.

A man in his 40s is due to appear in court this morning, charged in connection with an attack on two gardai in Dublin.
Two officers were injured following an assault on Ballyfermot Road in the early hours of Monday morning.
Two other men appeared in court yesterday charged in connection with the incident.

More than 67,000 students will finally receive their Junior Cert results today.
They come two months later than usual, as the State Examinations Commission grappled with a shortage of examiners this year and delays to the Leaving Cert.

Apple's Cathy Kearney has been honoured with an award for her "Outstanding Contribution to Business" at Cork Chamber's Dublin dinner.
Over 600 business people and politicians attended the awards which were held at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road last night.
Cathy Kearney joined Apple in 1989 and is now Vice President of Operations for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa.
