- The final preparations are being made in the city centre for this years St Patrick's Day Parade. Over 2,500 performers including Massachusetts State Troopers and groups from Philadelphia and Oklahoma will set off from the South Mall at 1pm and make their way along Grand Parade, Patrick's Street and Merchant's Quay.
