Two men charged following seizure of over €70,000 of suspected heroin and crack cocaine

Two men have been charged following the seizure of over 70-thousand euro of suspected heroin and crack cocaine on the northside of the city.
Gardaí attached to the Divisional Drugs Unit in Anglesea Street apprehended the men, after stopping a car on Redemption Road before half six on Friday evening.
Around 63-thousand euro of suspected heroin, and 8-thousand euro of suspected crack cocaine, was seized during the operation.
The men, who are in their 20’s and 30’s will appear before Cork District Court this morning.
