Two storms are heading Ireland’s way this week

It’s going to turn very unsettled this week with not one but two storms on the way.

Met Éireann says Storm Dudley will bring strong winds to northern and western parts while Cork and the rest of the country will be under a Yellow Weather Alert for wind from noon on Wednesday to noon on Thursday.

While on Friday, Storm Eunice is forecast to bring more widespread strong and damaging winds across the country, along with heavy rain and potentially snow.

Met Eireann says Eunice will bring a very active weather system with very strong winds and pulling down colder air with possible wintry showers.
