UK: Independent Inquiry’s Ordered Into Serial Baby Killer Lucy Letby

In England, an independent inquiry’s been ordered into nurse Lucy Letby, who’s been convicted of murdering seven babies and attempting to kill six others.
The 33-year old nurse carried out the murders at The Countess of Chester Hospital close to Manchester.
Prosecutors say she tricked everyone: “devious, cold blooded, calculated…”.
The 33-year-old injected air, or insulin into babies, but police admit her motives are unclear: “It must be really difficult for the families to accept that we might never have answers”.
The Countess of Chester Hospital has apologised.
A paediatrician who worked there has questions: “Why did it take 11 months for the police to be called in?”
Letby is being sentenced on Monday”.
