Upcoming Government Conference Will Decide How Country Addresses Biodiversity Crisis

An upcoming Government conference will decide how the country addresses the biodiversity crisis.

This Wednesday and Thursday, over 400 NGOs, academics, government officials and members of the public will hear from experts on how Ireland can practice agriculture and forestry in a way that’s less detrimental to nature.

The conference in Dublin Castle will feature addresses from Taoiseach Micheál Martin and Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien.

The Dáil declared a biodiversity emergency three years ago.
