US Defence Department’s Accuses Russia’s President Of Acting With Brutality In Ukrainian Invasion

The US defence department’s accusing Russia’s President of acting with brutality in his invasion of Ukraine.

It comes as British intelligence suggests low morale and a lack of air support are hampering Vladimir Putin’s military aims.

It says Moscow’s still facing “considerable challenges” as it struggles to gain a stronghold in Mariupol and Donbas in the east.

Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Iryna Venediktova, says thousands of war crimes have now been identified:

“Torturing women and then attacking civilian, object, sexual crimes and other, other end [?}Now we have a near 9000 cases only about war crimes”.
