The White House says it’s disturbed by scenes from Jerusalem yesterday, where Israeli police attacked mourners at the funeral of an Al Jazeera journalist, Shireen Abu Akleh.
Akleh was shot while covering an Israeli raid on Wednesday.
Yesterday pall-bearers carrying her coffin were beaten and tear gas was fired at the hospital where her body was being held.
