Rents in Cork are on the rise.
Latest figures compiled by daft.ie in the final quarter of last year show that rents in the city have risen by 7.9% and the average rent is now €1907.
In the county market rents were on average 10.4% higher in the final three months of 2023 than a year previously with the average listed rent now €1466.
There is some good news for renters as the latest figures show rents in Dublin are beginning to stabilise and the number of properties available to rent nationwide has increased.
