The residential vacancy rate in Cork was 3.8% last month which is slightly below the national average
The latest GeoDirectory Residential Buildings Report found that the national residential vacancy rate stood at 3.9% representing a decline of 0.3 percentage points from June last year
This is the lowest residential vacancy rate recorded by the GeoDirectory Residential Buildings Report to date.
The report also found that 2,455 residential buildings were under construction in Cork last year with the average residential property price across Cork standing at €332,157 which is €34,000 below teh national average
