The man once tipped as Donald Trump's nearest challenger in the race to become the Republican party's presidential candidate - has suspended his campaign.
Florida's governor Ron DeSantis says he can't see a 'clear path to victory' - and that he's now backing the former president.
Donald Trump has responded - calling Mr DeSantis a "really terrific person".
The only other contender is Nikki Haley - who's given her reaction:
"He ran a great race. He's been a good governor, and we wish him well. Having said that, it's now one fella and one lady left".
