School bus transport will be provided for 30 students in Ballinhassig.
Last month, RedFM News highlighted that some students from the area were told they didn't have a space on the bus to Kinsale Community school.
Parents were told they should consider moving their children to schools geographically closer to them like Carrigaline or Rochestown.
The Minister for Education and Bus Éireann told have now informed parents that they are looking for a bus with more seats to bring the students to school in Kinsale.
