Neil speaks to students Cian, Paul and Oisin who have all contacted the show to tell us about their different housing disaster stories. There is a severe student accommodation crisis in Cork at the moment and students are being forced to live in sub-standard accommodation. Anne has contacted us from Louth. She was in The Mercy Hospital in Cork in 2012 and met a German man called Thomas. They really hit it off and were there for each other through a very difficult time. They agreed to meet up afterwards. He called her when he left the hospital but she has since lost his number and really wants to reconnect with him. Neil was up in the northside yesterday to see the situation at the Country Clean facility. He says to have a waste facility built amid a dense housing population would not have been allowed happen on the southside. We speak to locals in the area.
