Skeletal remains have been found at a house in Youghal where 45 year-old Tina Satchwell lived.
The remains discovered on Grattan Street in Youghal have not been identified as of yet but gardaí are satisfied they are human remains.
A major excavation of the garden and interior of the property in Youghal began on Tuesday evening.

The search followed the arrest of a man in his 50's on suspicion of the murder of Tina Satchwell - he was released without charge last night, after he was questioned for 24 hours at Cobh Garda Station.
Meanwhile Gardai in Youghal have sealed off an industrial unit in a rural area of the town
Five Gardai are currently at the scene in Park which is about 8km outside of the town
