A special mass will be held today to remember Ashling Murphy.
The primary school where she taught is marking the second anniversary of her death.
The 23-year-old was murdered while exercising along the Grand Canal in Tullamore on January 12th, 2022.
The mass will be held at St. Colmcille’s Church in Durrow at ten o'clock this morning.
In a post on social media, Durrow National School says its staff and pupils have been remembering their "beloved Ms. Murphy, who was a very special person."
