Luke Humphries is the World Darts Champion.
The World number 1 defeated 16 year old Luke Littler by seven sets to four at Alexandra Palace.
Littler had taken a four sets to two lead, however Humphries battled back to win the Sid Waddell Trophy.
Afterwards he paid tribute to his opponent.
"Honestly, in the back of my mind I'm just thinking 'get this one now, he's going to be dominating world darts soon'.
"He's an incredible player. When I was on the brink of winning there he was just relentless. I was really proud of the performance. I was a little bit tired in between a little bit.
"He's an incredible talent, I had to win this one tonight but he's going to win plenty I'm sure."
For Littler, who has captured the public's imagination with his run to the final, he says it's been an incredible experience.
"I'm happy. Top 32, runner up on my debut, it's unbelievable.
"I might not get to another final for 5 or 10 years, we don't know. But we can say I'm a runner up, and I just want to go and win it."
