The Dairy Dragons are in Pairc Ui Chaoimh today for Dairy Day, organised by The Irish Farmers Journal.
Up to 5 thousands visitors are expected at the event where business leaders will be asked about the future of the industry over the next 10 years.
The event will look at modern farming in Ireland, careers in the dairy Industry and finding ways to cuts costs.
