"Families have been treated with disregard by Government since Covid came in. There has been no reply from Government, no meetings, emails have been ignored and that's raising questions for families too - why won't they engage? The families have been excluded from this, they might say there is a platform for them there, but we don't know what is going to happen, they bring you in, tell your story, what's going to happen with it then?"
