A new charge has been brought against the 30 year old man arrested in connection with the biggest drug seizure in the state.
Fillipino national Harold Estoesta was a crew member aboard the MV Matthew when it was detained with 2.2 tonnes of cocaine, with a street value of €157m off the coast of Cork last September.
