A new survey has revealed that three quarters of young professionals can't do small talk around the office.
The survey was carried out by LinkedIn as offices around the country re-opened this week.
It found that 75 percent of workers aged between 16 and 34 say they don't know how to conduct themselves in the work environment.
Some 76 percent say they feel their learning experience has been affected by the pandemic, while almost a third say the have missed out on the chance to learn essential soft skills necessary when starting their careers.
