Recently Paul Byrne met up with visitors on their way in & out of Corks jailhouse who took timeout to share stories about their loved ones locked up behind bars.
Neil spoke to Alanna (18) who was in a Cork bar before Christmas with her girlfriend. They were newly dating and were holding hands but were not kissing or being showy. A man in his 50's started shouting at them and said "We don't want fucking queers around here". They were very upset and left.
