University in Florida research found the average member of the general public believes that 75 percent of sex offenders will reoffend. Resident Catherine Sullivan has been speaking to Neil as work is expected to begin this summer on the development at Ballinglanna that incudes 600 homes, a creche and school. Residents in the area have expressed concern about traffic congestion, quality of life, places at local school and doctors.
