That's the advice of one consumer expert this Cyber Monday.
The tech sector's answer to Black Friday will see discounts advertised across a range of goods today.
Consumer Affairs Correspondent with the Irish Times, Conor Pope says in many cases the items will be even cheaper in January:
"Well, I think the first thing that people should do is take a breath. The reality is that the Cyber Monday sales are going to be repeated in five or six weeks - after Christmas. Repeated studies have shown that the products that are on sale this weekend, and the weekend just gone, are going to be on sale for the same price or for less in the month ahead, so we know that, so don't panic".
