The company says the demand for services "isn't there."
There'll be no services on the 25th or 26th, and a Sunday timetable will be in operation on the 27th.
Barry Kenny of Irish Rail says it's much easier to fill a bus as opposed to a train:
"The numbers are still relatively low and obviously public transport- buses are operating- but you know, it takes x to to fill a bus whereas trains, particularly the DART: it's hundreds and hundreds of people and that critical mass isn't there."
