Boris Johnson is expected to have to answer an official police questionnaire after a photo emerged of him attending another Downing St. gathering during lockdown restrictions.
The photo, from December 2020, shows him standing with colleagues next to an open wine bottle during a quiz night.
At the time no more than two people were allowed to gather indoors.
London based journalist Vincent McAviney says there are allegedly even more photos and video that haven't come into the public domain.
"The Metropolitan Police have probably got this image already that leaked out through The Mirror yesterday, but they've got ones we're told from sources that are far worse.
"If more images start to get into the public domain, it's going to put a lot more pressure on the Metropolitan Police to be as open and honest as possible about the findings of their investigation."
