Fashion retailer Mango is set to open on Patrick Street at the former Quills site.
The Spanish retail giant previously had an outlet in Cork but left the city 15 years ago.
It's now to make a welcome return and will occupy the former Quills outlet near the Savoy which has been empty since 2014.
