A murder investigation's continuing in Finglas in Dublin this morning.
It's after a man was shot dead in front of a house on Saturday night.
The 23 year-old man was gunned down in the driveway of his home on Barry Drive in Finglas shortly before 7 o'clock on Saturday night.
Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to reports of shots fired.
He was treated at the scene before being removed by ambulance to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
A preliminary post mortem examination was taking place yesterday but Gardaí were still awaiting post mortem results last night.
Gardaí are carrying out house-to-house inquiries following his murder.
Forensic officers have been examining the scene and detectives are looking for mobile-phone, dashcam and CCTV footage.
No arrests have been made.
