Solidarity TD for Cork Mick Barry is opposed to the event running and says Barbara O'Neill falsely claims that cancer is a fungus curable by bicarbonate of soda.
Speaking at the seminar, Barbara O'Neill told RedFM News she disagrees with claims that her advice is dangerous
"I never tell anyone what to do I just give them information and then it's up to them to choose. And that's the beauty of society today, is that our society is a society based on freedom and freedom to choose whatever they want to do"
