The news comes as the low cost airline celebrates 35 years of operations at Cork Airport this year
Ryanair is currently the largest operator at Cork Airport and this year will operate 27 routes to destinations across the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland.
The airline is currently in talks with management at Cork Airport and are hopeful that it will lead to the announcement of more routes next summer
