A massive security operation is underway as the US President continues his visit to Ireland.
Joe Biden's in Dublin today where he'll meet President Michael D. Higgins and the Taoiseach.
He'll address both houses of the Oireachtas this afternoon and will be hosted at a state dinner at Dublin Castle tonight.
There are widespread parking restrictions and road closures in Dublin to facilitate the visit.
Yesterday Mr. Biden visited Carlingford and Dundalk.
He met some of his Country Louth relatives and said it was like coming home.
"I wish our Mom, Catherine Eugenia Finnegan-Biden was here today. She would be so damn proud.
"Louth held such a special place in her heart, it really did, and today we carry her home in our heart, for real.
"We think about her all the time, and coming here feels like coming home."
