You can opt out by replying STOP to 57557. This is charged as a normal text message, usually around 10-15cents depending on your network. (Some android phones do give a warning that it will be charged at premium rate, please note premium rates are only charged when the customer sends the keyword (RED / WIN / CASH / PLAY / SPIN) to 57557.) If you are having difficulties entering the competition, this could be an issue with your handset or mobile network provider.
Some android phones have Premium SMS access turned off by default.
To enable premium SMS on latest android OS: 1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon. 2. Tap Settings > Apps & notifications > Advanced > Special access > Premium SMS access. 3. Tap Always allow.
You may need to check with your mobile phone network provider that there is not a bar in place for sending to premium rate numbers. Some of them have this switched of as a default setting. We would also encourage you to double check with them, as you often get a different response from different customer service reps.
