Woman who work for the County Council earn more than men, on average.

The Council published its Gender Pay Gap Report today.

It shows a Gender Pay Gap of -0.58% - meaning, on average, women are paid 0.58% more than men.

Employers in Ireland, with more than 250 employees are required to publish the difference between what men and women are paid on average within the organisation, irrespective of roles or levels.
